You can make your VBS payment to St. Gall Church/Faith Formation with the Vanco App!

Forms and payment can be mailed to St. Gall Church, 43W885 Hughes Rd. Elburn, IL 60119. They can also be dropped off in the Black Mailbox outside the business office door at any time! Be sure to put in an envelope.

LIABILITY & MEDICAL FORMS *

I will complete and submit the Liability and Medical forms prior to VBS for all attendees under 18 including teen volunteers. I am volunteering and staying during ALL VBS hours. I don't need to fill out the forms for my children.

I would like to volunteer and help during VBS. I can be a daily coordinator at the main desk during VBS. I can't volunteer during VBS but can help with preparation of crafts or set decorating/assembly. I would like to donate food for snacks or help with the dinner.

Dinner & Ice Cream Social on 6/16 at 6pm. Come to find out what we learned during VBS and celebrate a wonderful, faith-filled week! *

My family will attend the Dinner & Ice Cream Social. My family will help with setup and cleanup.
