YEARLY PARENT MEETING *

Yes. I will attend the required yearly parent meeting during my child's first class. I will attend the Sacrament sessions if my child is preparing for First Communion. I can't make the parent meeting. I will schedule my yearly parent meeting with Donna Doherty, Dir. of Children & Family Faith Formation.

We need to home school all or part of this year. I will schedule a meeting with Donna Doherty to create a faith formation plan. We will register for the appropriate Wednesday weekly classes so we can receive important information with the rest of our weekly class. *

I will home school my child, follow the syllabus, complete the chapter reviews, unit tests and any other assignments. I will home school part of the year due to activity or schedule conflicts or health concerns. I do not need home school options at this time.

Home School is an option for health or activity conflicts!

Sign up for a class as if you are attending the full year. You will receive a student workbook and a schedule to complete lessons and unit tests. Email Donna Doherty to schedule a meeting to create a formation plan.

SACRAMENT PREPARATION
Grades 1-2 or children of other ages do not have a Home School option as they are required to prepare for Sacraments at Church. Email Donna Doherty to discuss your family's options if there are special circumstances to consider.

[LOWC] Sunday Liturgy of the Word for Children Ministry – 10:30am – for children Pre-K to 1st Grade (no fees!) Watch for more Preschool Storytime For Faith, movie time, sidewalk chalk/art and prayer opportunities during the year!

FAITH FORMATION CLASSES

FAMILY MONTHLY PROGRAMS

[JS] JOYFUL SUNDAYS Grades PK-6 – 8:30-10:30am and attend the 10:30am Mass

JOYFUL SUNDAYS is a parent-led family program with a family commitment to teach lessons at home, pray every day with your children, attend weekly Mass, attend a monthly session with your child and parish events.
THURSDAY FAMILY FIRST COMMUNION

[FFC] Family First Communion 6:00-7:30pm (once a month)

Family First Communion is parent-led catechesis for families that have children in need of Sacraments with a commitment to teach lessons at home, pray every day with your children, attend weekly Mass, attend a monthly class with your child and parish events. Children prepare for the Sacraments of Reconciliation in December and Communion in May.
