Notify the Director of Faith Formation (DFF) as soon as possible. Complete a Substitute Syllabus for your class. Catechists and Aides should complete the class and safe environment requirements for teaching. Substitutes need to be approved by the DFF prior to class. Everyone can benefit from getting the basics of the faith and tips to pass it on from others! Parents are welcome to take these classes at any time. You even get credit with the diocese. This qualifies you to become a Catechist for classes in the future, too!
