We had a lot of fun at our 2018 Vacation Bible School! Let's do it again!
Every year, I get ready for summer with my VBS routine as I learn hand motions for the songs we will do with the kids! Whether you participate in our VBS this year or not, we can still pray, sing and dance our way to good health and a better attitude! We are so blessed!
Keep in mind that you should only do what you can based on your physical abilities. Any exercise you try should be safe for you no matter your age. I did this routine with our Health & Wellness Ministry for adults in 2019. If you can't kneel and get back up, don't genuflect in the video. The more you move your arms; the more aerobic the exercise is. Give yourself time to learn the routines and keep trying! Moving around is better than not moving! #GetMoving
